Hypnosis

Support in the helping relationship

The art of transforming and reinventing oneself

A gentle, effective, and personalized response: undeniable benefits in terms of personal development.

Hypnosis uses the natural abilities of the unconscious and subconscious mind. The main benefit of hypnosis is that it allows access to the subconscious mind:

We think we control our habits, personality, and behaviors, but we are mistaken because they are the result of our subconscious mind!

This is where our moral dilemmas and inner conflicts come from.

Hypnosis involves sending “good information” to our subconscious, in other words, undoing outdated, harmful, and unwanted patterns and instilling the necessary and desired changes in order to produce a rapid and lasting effect, i.e., one that stands the test of time.

Deciding to undergo hypnosis therapy is a commitment you make to yourself, and it is the best investment you can make, in just a few sessions.

Without medication or tedious work on yourself, this experience leads to a profound transformation, helping you realize who you are, allowing you to reveal yourself and understand yourself.

Hypnosis is considered an amplifier and accelerator in your quest for greater well-being. It allows you to bypass the conscious, unconscious, and unexplained blockages, fears, and anxieties that you encounter.

New positive and chosen behaviors will emerge in your everyday life.

By giving you access to resources that are usually untapped and unsuspected, you will achieve a more peaceful life, shaped according to your choices and aspirations, and you will regain control with ease.

Breaking free from tobacco

Stop cigarette.jpg

Habits, especially bad ones, are stubborn and

make life difficult for us!

Tobacco is one such habit for 15 million smokers, or a quarter of the population!

Addiction to tobacco and cigarettes is a real problem for active smokers who want to quit but are unable to do so. Tobacco is considered a physical and psychological addiction, which manifests itself in a recurring, uncontrollable urge to smoke.

Trying to break free from this false friend is difficult, even impossible, and plunges us into a vicious circle of difficulties, guilt, and a feeling of failure over time.

This addiction involves mechanisms that are difficult to understand because, in effect, a battle is raging inside you: you are aware that tobacco is harmful, excessively expensive, and dangerous to your health, your future, and those around you. However, your subconscious, which by nature does not like change, pushes you to light up yet another cigarette.

Hypnosis allows you to access the right frequency by acting directly on the part of the mind where our life experiences, habits, and behaviors reside: the subconscious. After a personalized interview to understand the habits, emotions, and feelings closely linked to your problem, a comprehensive harmonization will be carried out using psychonomy and hypnosis to optimally guide you toward this important and positive change in your life.

In the vast majority of cases, cessation is observed from the first session, without any withdrawal symptoms. A second session will consolidate the results obtained and allow for a rebalancing of the emotional and physical phenomena (anger, sleep disorders, chronic ENT problems, etc.) inherent in any period of withdrawal. Finally, self-hypnosis techniques will be taught to you to accompany you towards success.

Giving children and adolescents the keys

to a peaceful adult life

Their natural intuition, imagination, spontaneity, inner world, and parental environment are all factors that require a specific methodology and appropriate hypnotic tools. This young audience is also very receptive to the use of hypnosis.

I address this young audience and these adults in the making with a simple, natural, and playful methodology that allows young clients to reconnect with their inner resources.

Hypnosis work and learning self-hypnosis significantly improve children's daily lives and futures in just a few sessions (3 minimum, 6 to 7 maximum).

Whatever the issue, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss it in person.

I look forward to discussing your child's needs with you!
